1920's Egyptian Revival Enamel & Brass Pendant
A circa 1920's Egyptian Revival enamel on brass King Tut pendant. This pendant features multi- colored enamel and depicts the famous teenage Egyptian King Tutankhamun. The discovery of his tomb in 1923 and the treasures contained within led to the third Egyptian Revival of the 1920's and 1930's. This era's Egyptomania influenced everything from clothing to hairstyles to music to jewelry. This piece is likely Czechoslovakian in origin. 1 3/8 in length and includes a 16 chain. In fine vintage condition.
