Vintage P.K. Silesia saucer
This is a P.K. Silesia mustache saucer. It features a white base with light green accents, and a daisy floral design with gold painted daubs and accents with scalloped & beaded rims. The P.K. stands for Porzellanfabrik (Porcelain Factory) Koenigszelt, the town nearest the factory, located in Silesia, which was in Germany, now in Poland. The mark on the bottom of the saucer dates it to 1886-1914.This was part of my mother’s china collection and sometimes it didn’t matter if there was damage, it deserved a little love having survived that long. Her favorite pieces were blue but there are many others to choose from. The rust spots on the backs are from the hangers she used.I’m selling her collection in the hopes that others feel the same way and can find some joy in collecting. Feel free to send me an offer!
