VTG 50s Baby Baptism Christening Gown, Dress, Slip, Sweater, Bonnet, and Booties
All of these items are vintage from a cedar chest and have not been out of there for 60+ years.Cream-colored baptismal gown with lace neck and sleeve trim. There is some discoloration on the bottom front and 2 spots (see photo)Light yellow slip/dress with a dotted sheer organza coverlet. The coverlet has lace trim on the neck, sleeves, and buttonhole front side. There is a stain on the upper part of the sheer dress by the buttonhole side (see photo)Original Tiny Tot tag, which was made in the Philippines.The slip dress has a sheer frilly hem. There are 3 spots on this slip dress (see photo)Beautiful handmade, yellow, knitted,? crotcheted sweater.Matching yellow sheer organza bonnet lined in a plain yellow fabric with satin ribbon ties.Two pairs of yellow booties. One with ties with balls on the ends, but one is missing. The other pair has the ribbon missing, but this could easily be restrung.I did not try to clean the spots out as I was concerned about doing damage.
