This is a attractive vintage orange scarf with an embroidered blue flower. The scarf reads "To My Dear Wife" and "Korea." The material is a sheer synthetic chiffon. The scarf may be Korean War er 1950-53), but it could also be a souvenir piece from the later 1950s or 1960s. Overall, the piece is in very superb shape, though there is a small stain to the left of the flower.
