A rare and charming piece of sewing history, this Casige “Rapid Stitcher” sewing machine was produced in post-WWII Germany (British Zone) specifically for Macy’s Associates. Measuring approximately 7 1/2 inches tall (to the top of the spool pin) with a 9" x 4 1/2" base, this miniature machine is a sturdy and collectible relic of mid-20th-century craftsmanship.

The mechanism operates fine, but the machine shows typical wear consistent with age and use, including some areas of rust, which add to its vintage appeal and authenticity.
