Vintage Napier jigger spoon and rollover jigger

A vintage silver plated jigger bar spoon by Napier as well as as a rollover jigger by Napier. Both are hallmarked. The rollover jigger is missing it’s front point. Perhaps a manufacturing defect? It’s somewhat smooth where the point should be. Both are in good condition but do show minor signs of agent tarnish.
